I remember when we were getting geared up for Deacon's birth, Melissa and I struggled to imagine him having as much personality as Xavier. We laugh at that now. Deacon is larger than life! He graduated from Nursery to Primary with style (as pictured below). Though a bit of a fiend he takes church very seriously. He's always the first to remind us the we didn't say prayers, read scriptures, or that we said a shouldn't say a naughty word (ie "stupid").
