Summer update

Just thought I would post a few random pictures I downloaded off my phone. Seems like I never take pictures with my normal camera anymore. Summer has been a lot of fun so far. There are 13 different pools and four splash pads in the Woodlands, so each morning the boys wake up and we decided which one to go to. We pack lunch and snacks and swim until late in the afternoon. Sometimes we go home for a break and then head back to the pool for more swimming. It is exhausting but so much fun. The boys are getting so tan and their hair just keeps getting blonder and blonder. The other day a lady asked me what nationality we are. LOL.

Jett is getting so big. I can't even believe he is three months already. he is the sweetest baby. He sleeps through the night now and is always so happy. He naps better at the pool than at home, lucky for us. It must be the heat and all the noise. He is starting to coo and babble which is my favorite thing in the world. At night, Q will sing to him and Jett tries so hard to sing along. It's so cute.

We are getting really excited for our trip to California. I am flying alone with all three boys, so that will be an adventure. We are staying for three weeks so hopefully we will get the chance to catch up with all our old friends and our family there that we miss so much.

Sweet little Jetty Bear

We love this pool because they sell Chick fil-a there!  They have the best milk shakes. 

 

We met a friend to go shopping and she brought her Ipad.  Easiest shopping trip ever!  I'm not one that needs the latest and greatest but those things are pretty cool.

This is how we roll these days at the grocery store which is why I am so grateful that Q usually does the shopping at night for me.

Xavier James lost his first tooth at the pool!  He was so funny about it.  He begged me to pull it out and didn't even wince while I did it.  He just wanted me to yank it out and get it over with so he could get a visit from the tooth fairy.  I still can't believe he is almost 6 years old.  He's growing up so fast!
